Important Notice

RMA approval is required before shipping any returns via courier. Packages sent without prior approval from our system through your Order Dashboard or through our customer service team. Returns without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at your expense. In-store returns do not require RMA approval, just your original proof of purchase or gift purchase receipt.

Two Ways to Return or Exchange

In-Store Returns (No RMA Required)

Visit any SportCafe or SportsOutlet location with:

  • Your unused product with all original tags
  • Purchase receipt or invoice or gift receipt
  • Original packaging (especially shoe boxes)
  • All accessories and extras

No advance notice needed for physical store returns. Our staff will process your return or exchange immediately.

Online Returns (RMA Required)

For courier returns, follow these steps:

  • Contact customer service for RMA approval
  • Complete the product return form
  • Receive your prepaid shipping voucher
  • Use only BoxNow or Courier Center

We’ll email you detailed instructions and a shipping voucher once your RMA is approved. You can also find this information at anytime by logging into your My Account dashboard.

Return Costs & Shipping Partners

  • First return per order: FREE via our voucher system
  • Second and subsequent returns: 5€ per return request
  • International returns (Cyprus/Bulgaria): Customer bears all shipping costs
  • Accepted courier partners: BoxNow and Courier Center only. Returns sent through other carriers will not be accepted.
  • In-store returns: Always free, no limits

Our cost structure ensures fair pricing while maintaining high service standards. The 5€ fee for additional returns covers courier voucher costs and helps us keep initial returns free for all customers.

Return Requirements & Process

1. Product Condition

Items must be unused, in excellent condition, with all manufacturer tags intact. Include original packaging, accessories, and purchase receipt.

2. 30-Day Window

Submit your return request within 30 calendar days of delivery. The courier delivery receipt date determines your return deadline.

3. Complete Return Form

Fill out the product return form (available in your My Account). Returns without completed forms cannot be processed.

4. Secure Packaging

Use protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original materials and use only our approved courier partners.

Commonly Asked Return Questions

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. The process is entirely automated via your My Account dashboard. If the SKU is available in your desired colour/size it will be approved automatically by the system for exchange and you will receive detailed step by step instructions on the process. Otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed the same-day we receive and inspect your returned item. Credits are issued to your original payment method.

Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. All other items are eligible for return within our standard terms.

We cover all costs for defective items, including replacement and shipping. Defective returns don’t count against your free return limit. Login to your My Account Dashboard to upload photos and a description of the problem. You’ll be presented with options at that point.

You can cancel your order in your My Account Dashboard. If the order has already left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. You’ll have to refuse delivery and our system will auto detect this to begin the automatic return process. You will receive and email and SMS with it’s progress and can login to your My Account Dashboard anytime to review which stage the return is in.
