Orders issued with an invoice are considered professional purchases and are not subject to the 30-day SportCafe purchase policy or the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Law 2251/1994.- Returns will still be accepted in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries. Changed my mind about a product, can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from purchase to return any item for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Can I return an item directly to your store?
Absolutely! Visit any SportCafe or SportsOutlet location with your receipt. Both online and in-store purchases can be returned at any of our physical locations.
The size doesn't fit, can I return it?
Of course! Your first (online) size exchange is completely free. You can return for a different size online or visit any store for immediate exchange.
¹Are all products returnable?
Most products are returnable within 30 days. Exceptions include personalized items, underwear, and hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
Can I get a refund instead of exchange?
Yes, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit/exchange for another item.
Will I be charged for the return shipping?
No, return shipping is completely free when using our prepaid return labels for online purchases for your first exchange/return.
Can I return an order with an invoice?
Orders with invoices (professional purchases) have different return conditions. Returns are accepted for defective products or incorrect deliveries only.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 1-2 business days to appear in our account which would delay processing.
