Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, mobile app, or employee intranet. By accessing or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms.
About SportCafe
Sport Cafe S.A. is a retail company registered in Greece, operating since 1996 in the sale of athletic, casual, and lifestyle clothing and footwear. Our services are available throughout Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of:
- sportcafe.gr & Public e-commerce website and online store
- intranet.sportcafe.gr & Internal intranet platform for Sport Cafe employees
- The Sport Cafe mobile app for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store)
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting sportcafe.gr, using the Sport Cafe mobile app, or accessing intranet.sportcafe.gr, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old or have parent/guardian consent if under 18
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be bound by these and our Privacy Policy
Sport Cafe S.A. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Platform Usage Guidelines
Customer Website & App (sportcafe.gr)
You may use our website and mobile app only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You agree not to:
- Use our platforms for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website or app
Employee Intranet & App
Access to intranet.sportcafe.gr and the employee section of the mobile app is restricted to authorized Sport Cafe S.A. employees only. By using the intranet, you agree to:
- Use it exclusively for legitimate business purposes related to your role at Sport Cafe S.A.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share access with third parties
- Comply with all applicable company IT policies and data handling procedures
- Not download, copy, or share confidential company data outside authorized channels
- Report any suspicious security incidents or unauthorized access immediately to the IT department
Account Registration & Security
To place orders or access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activities conducted under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected]
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sport Cafe S.A. reserves the right to monitor intranet usage for security and compliance purposes in accordance with applicable Greek and EU employment law.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Processing
All orders submitted through sportcafe.gr or the SportCafe app are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- All prices on sportcafe.gr are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified
- Product prices and availability may change without prior notice
- A sales contract is formed only after we send you an order confirmation email
- We deliver to Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
Payment Security
Payments on sportcafe.gr and the Sport Cafe mobile app are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., a leading global payment processor.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and any other methods offered at checkout such as Klarna, IRIS, Digital Wallets and others.
- All transactions are encrypted via TLS/SSL
- Sport Cafe S.A. does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking details
- By completing a purchase, you confirm you have authorization to use the provided payment method

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:
- You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason
- To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] before the 14-day deadline expires – SportCafe offers 30 days, at our discretion. This may change at anytime, without notice.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached
- We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 working days of receiving returned products or proof of return
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error
- Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for return and these will be clearly noted at checkout
Mobile App Terms
The SportCafe app is available on:
- Apple App Store for iOS devices. Subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service: apple.com/legal
- Google Play Store for Android devices. Subject to Google Play Terms of Service: play.google.com/terms
RocketSavvy Inc. is the developer and distributor of all SportCafe platforms, apps and websites (internal & external). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and have no obligations regarding the app or its content. Any claims about the app should be directed to Sport Cafe S.A., not Apple or Google.
The app may request device permissions (e.g., notifications, location). These permissions are optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. We do not access device data beyond what you explicitly authorize.
Intellectual Property & Liability
All content on sportcafe.gr, intranet.sportcafe.gr, and the Sport Cafe mobile app including text, images, logos, product photos, UI design, and software is owned by Sport Cafe S.A. or its licensors (ie. RocketSavvy Inc) and protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any of our content is prohibited without prior written consent from Sport Cafe S.A.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sport Cafe S.A. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platforms, temporary unavailability or technical errors, data loss not due to our gross negligence, or damages arising from third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law.
