What If Something Goes Wrong?
Although we use a sophisticated stocking system and errors should not occur, occasionally, items may become unavailable after your order is placed if stock is low and another physical store customer was checking out at the same time as you. When this happens, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss replacement options with similar items or provide you with a full refund – the choice is always yours. We believe in transparent communication and will never leave you wondering about your order status or sending a replacement item without your consent.

What if my package is damaged during delivery?
We’ll assist you in coordinating damage claims with the courier company. While couriers have their own regulations and claim procedures, our team will guide you through the entire process and advocate on your behalf.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Lost packages are fully covered. We’ll immediately begin tracking and tracing your order, working directly with the courier to locate your shipment. If the package cannot be recovered, we’ll handle the claim process for you.
What if the courier and I can't reach a resolution?
If standard courier claim procedures don’t result in a satisfactory resolution, our dedicated resolutions department will step in to ensure you’re taken care of. We’ll never leave you hanging, provided we can verify the fault lies with the courier and not due to customer error.
Can I track my deliveries?
You’ll receive tracking information for all shipping methods, including BoxNow deliveries via SMS & Email. You can monitor your package’s progress and receive notifications when it arrives at your selected pickup point. BoxNow also offers for you to automatically view and track all packages through their mobile application. All you need is to ensure you’ve used the same mobile number during checkout on our website as you did when logging into the BoxNow application.
